Madisson

Mads is an experienced coach who combines evidence-based training with a genuine passion for empowering women to feel strong, capable and confident.

With a background in Health Science, Sport & Exercise Science, and Psychology, she brings incredible energy and knowledge to her classes and sessions. 

Mitra

Mitra is also a physiotherapist, pelvic health therapist, HypnoBirthing educator, and mum to three beautiful little humans. Here to support you in feeling strong, safe, and confident in your classes through pregnancy and postpartum, and while navigating injury or rehabilitation.

Jane

Jane is a qualified Pilates instructor with a love for intentional movement and a good slow burn. She's passionate about progressive training and building strength over time, refining technique, and supporting women to see just how capable their bodies truly are. 

Georgia

Georgia is a qualified personal trainer, Pilates (mat & reformer), and group fitness coach with over 10 years’ experience. With a background in hybrid training, half marathons, HYROX, and CrossFit, she brings fresh energy to help others feel strong, capable, and confident.
